Whether it’s your first time or you’re a master of combat, join us to play Super Smash Bros. Wii U!

We’ll use movement, music and more to get excited about books!

TIME FOR TWOS – EIJ406

Bring your two-year-old to the library for age appropriate stories, rhymes and songs. No siblings please.

FROG PRINCE CUPCAKES: SATURDAY STORY/ SNACK– EIJ466

Join us to share stories and songs, and to decorate a cute frog cupcake.  This class may not be suitable for children with food allergies.

Ages: Grades K – 2

CHESS LESSONS – EIJ414

If you’ve wanted to learn how to play chess, here’s your chance. Teen volunteers will guide students as they play with each other to learn the basics of the game.

IMAGINE THAT!: STORY TIME – EIJ493

We'll get creative and give our imaginations a workout as we share stories, songs and more at this program.

FAMILY LEGO BUILDERS – EIJ549

Families can stop in any time between 6:30 and 8 p.m. to build whatever they can imagine!  Adults must register using their own library card.

DISCOVERY SATURDAY – EIJ426

Families can create an art project while exploring nature in the Discovery Backyard.

STORYTIME STAGE: WE LOVE THE LIBRARY!– EIJ544

Storytime Stage will delight children (and their grownups!) with stories and songs brought to life by two storytellers and the audience.  Movement, sound effects, award-winning songs and a big healthy dose of imagination make this a fun-filled, fast-paced blend of participation, performance and lots of pretend!

MORE THAN MOTHER GOOSE – EIJ403

EVENING STORY TIME – EIJ410

Can’t make it to our daytime classes? Need a bedtime story? This program meets once a month and includes stories, rhymes and more.

Ages: Ages 3 ½ - K on their own

PUMPKIN SEED MOSAIC – EIJ469

Did you know that mosaics were first created in Ancient times?  Come to the library to make a colorful mosaic with pumpkin seeds.
Date: Monday, November 28
Time: 5:30 – 6:15 p.m.
Ages: Grades 2 - 6

READ TO THE DOGS – EIJ578

Students practice their reading skills and gain confidence by reading aloud to a trained Therapy Dog. Dogs and their handlers are registered with Therapy Dogs International. Student readers can sign up for a 20-minute session when they come to the Children’s Desk to register.
